Top Tips to Balance School and Sports

Track all your events in a calendar

Plan out the amount of time you will spend on homework

Don't do 5 sports just to seem very fit

Do as much as you think you can handle without neglecting other commitments

Start your homework as soon as you get home

Tell your teaches if you are going to miss school due to sports

Pay attention in class so that you will be able to complete homework faster, leaving more tome for sports

Use even those 20-30 minutes before training, every minute can be useful for homework

Get enough sleep at night

Get tutoring if you don't understand a subject rather than wasting time trying to figure it out
